A detox blend for energy flow, lymphatic cleansing, and subtle body release
Have you ever noticed a small, stubborn pocket of fatty tissue forming under your skin—perhaps near your elbows, upper arms, or thighs—and wondered why it appears and resists your efforts to clear it?
This kind of congestion is rarely just physical. It is often the result of blocked flow—of energy, lymph, and even unexpressed emotional weight. Many who spend long hours at desks, leaning on armchairs or typing, may unconsciously trap energy in the joints. Over time, this can appear as “fatty knots,” soft lipomas, or tender build-up under the skin.
In traditional energy medicine, such areas are seen as meridian intersections where stagnation accumulates. The elbows in particular are connected to the Heart Protector (Pericardium) and Triple Warmer meridians—meaning when energy cannot circulate freely, the body tries to buffer the overload with physical matter.
Today, I’m sharing a botanical recipe designed to dissolve these deposits, reawaken flow, and bring lightness back to these burdened points.
This potent lymphatic oil blend stimulates circulation, supports lipolysis (the breakdown of fat), and detoxifies stagnant tissue—without overwhelming the skin. Use this formula twice daily, paired with gentle massage or a warm compress.
After applying the oil, place a warm compress (wet towel heated slightly) over the area for 10 minutes to amplify absorption and soften tissue.
Mix:
Apply to elbows for 20 minutes, then rinse and moisturize.
